Q: Will you tell me more about your printing and frames?
A: Every fine art print is made to order. They are custom printed by our favorite professional print lab, and custom framed by local artisan framers here in Saratoga Springs, NY. Both companies are true experts who use only the highest quality archival materials so that your photo will look beautiful and be protected for a lifetime.
Q: Why can't 30x60 and 40x60 framed prints ship with glass?
A: Because the 30x60 and 40x60 framed prints are so large, it is unlikely that a piece of glass of that size will arrive to you unharmed in shipping. If you can pick up your 30x60 or 40x60 framed print in Saratoga Springs we are happy to include the glass in your frame order, otherwise your piece will arrive matted, framed and ready for you to add glass at a frame shop in your area.
Q: Are custom sizes available?
A: Custom sizes and frames are available for most prints, and we would be happy to work with you to create the artwork you’re envisioning. Please contact email@example.com for more information.
Q: Will my print be signed by Tracey?
A: Yes. Each print is hand-signed by Tracey. Tracey likes the look of a clean, signature-free photograph, so she signs the back of her prints and frames rather than the front. Signature on the front of the print is available by request.
Q: Do you offer limited editions?
A: Some prints are offered in limited editions, and will be clearly labeled as such on the website, as well as on the print itself.
Q: Is wholesale ordering available?
A: Wholesale ordering is available for select images and series. If you’re interested in carrying Tracey’s photography in your store or gallery, please contact firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
Q: When will I receive my print?
A: All orders are custom printed and locally framed just for you. You will should receive your non-framed Fine Art Prints and Mini Canvases in approximately 2 weeks, and framed Fine Art Prints in 3-4 weeks. Shipping times will vary depending on how far you are from our Upstate New York studio. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your print has been sent.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: We're only able to ship internationally to certain countries, so please contact email@example.com for an international shipping quotes if you’re interested in purchasing a print to be shipped outside of the United States.
Q: How are prints packaged and shipped?
A: All prints, whether framed, unframed are packed securely in their own box and shipped flat. The exceptions to this are Mini Canvases which may be packaged as a group. You will receive a shipping confirmation and tracking information once your print leaves our studio.
Q: Will I need to sign for my package when it arrives?
A: No signature is required unless specifically requested by you.
Q: Do gift cards expire?
A: No, gift cards do not expire.
Q: What happens if I only use part of my gift card amount?
A: You can use your gift card for multiple purchases until your balance has been spent.
